How far in advance should I order?
While we appreciate 72-hour notice for large events, we can often accommodate smaller orders with 24-hour notice.
How many people does a pan feed?
Generally, our half pans feed 15-20 people, and our full pans feed 30-40 people. We also have party platters with a variety of items for a variety of sized groups. For example, our Ohana Pack feeds 4-6, or our Pupu Platter feeds 10-15
Can I mix different proteins?
Yes. Most large orders include a variety of proteins and sides. Our most popular items are bbq teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, kalua pork, and rice & mac salad.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup and delivery options are available throughout the Waco area. Our base delivery cost is $30, depending on the size of your order and delivery location.

Yes. We have experience serving at events of 100+, both buffet style and plated service style. We have a variety of tropical decor we'd be happy to offer you as well!
